About the Event
At the Resilience Resource Center, our Work and Career Struggles Support Group offers a safe, affirming space where LGBTQIA+ individuals can openly share their professional challenges and aspirations. Participants receive emotional support from peers who understand the unique barriers faced in the workplace, from discrimination to identity-based stress. Through shared experiences, encouragement, and practical advice, the group fosters a strong sense of community, resilience, and empowerment in navigating career journeys.
